Nancy Williams is an 18 years singer-songwriter from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales

In September 2024, Nancy left her family home in Merthyr and moved to London – where she began at acting college.Shortly after moving to the capital, Nancy released her first ever song – i don’t wanna grow up. The
perfect soundtrack to that earth trembling moment for any 18 year old who has been through the process of leaving home and moving to the big city. The release received significant editorial support from Apple
Music (New Music Daily, New In Alternative + #2 on In My Room), an add at #2 on Fresh Finds UK + IE (Spotify) and a first ever radio play from Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 6 Music.
The single was recorded at Paul Weller’s studio in Surrey and mixed at Peter Gabriel’s Real WorldStudios in Bath.
